It has no design, no stlization, all the ltters and words are in Latin characters, all numbers are in Roman or Arabic numerals, and only common punctuation is included. A standard character trademark protects the wording of the trademark and is not limited to any specific font, style, size, or color. As such, a standard character trademark offers broader protection than a special form trademark.
