Plan tiers and entitlements

Trademark Sentinel offers four subscription tiers. Pricing is set by Finance and is shown live on the in-app upgrade screen and the marketing site — it is intentionally not duplicated in the docs.

What the columns mean

  • Max watches — the total number of active watches the account can hold at once. Archived watches do not count toward this limit. See Watches.
  • Scan cadence — how often each watch runs against the trademark sources. Daily scans run once every 24 hours; hourly scans run every 60 minutes.
  • Real-time alerts — whether alert emails are delivered per-alert as they happen, or rolled up into a single daily digest. See Reading alerts for the delivery details.
  • API — access to the public REST API at /api/v1 (watches, alerts, API key management). Team and Enterprise tiers can mint and rotate keys from Account → API keys.
  • Multi-client groups — the ability to organize watches into named client groups and invite teammates to a group with role-based access. Useful for law firms or agencies tracking marks for several clients.
  • Enterprise extras — single sign-on (SAML/OIDC) and a contractual SLA on top of the Team feature set.

Switching tiers

Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. The in-app upgrade screen shows the prorated charge before you confirm. See Billing and subscriptions for the full upgrade, downgrade, and cancellation flow.

Pricing

Pricing for each tier is set by Finance and is not documented here. Current prices are visible on:

  • The marketing pricing page.
  • The in-app Upgrade dialog (which always reflects the live Stripe catalog).

If you need a written quote (typical for Enterprise), contact sales from the marketing site.
